High-quality physical therapy demands that clinicians prioritize each patient’s individual needs and goals, and Bekah consistently surpasses this standard through her meticulous work ethic and successful outcomes. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Carson-Newman University, Bekah received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her approach fundamentally rests on patient-centered care, and she emphasizes building a strong therapeutic alliance for collaborative care. Her treatment relies on the biopsychosocial model and evidence-based practices, and focuses on functional interventions that are tailored to each patient. Bekah builds meaningful rapport with her patients, creating an environment where they feel supported and motivated. Her contagious energy and the genuine relationships she immediately establishes with her patients help them feel comfortable while still challenged to push beyond their limits, making each treatment session simultaneously effective and empowering. Bekah is certified in LVST BIG, a specialized treatment for Parkinson’s disease and similar diagnoses, and has extensive experience treating patients undergoing total joint replacements pre- and post-operatively. An avid runner, Bekah was a finisher in both the Boston and Chicago Marathons. When she’s not running or racing, she enjoys hiking and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Ella.
